Galaxy Watch 6 Series to Get a More Powerful Chipset

As days are coming near to the Galaxy Watch 6 series launch, more details are coming into the light. According to the new report, Samsung will use a new and more powerful chipset on the Galaxy Watch 6 & Watch 6 Classic. Courtesy of SamMobile, we received a report on the mystery processor. The new chip will boost the performance as well as take care of the poor battery life on the watches.

The expected chipset is Exynos W980, which could be 10 percent faster than the previous Exynos W920. Interestingly, Samsung will upgrade its watch’s chipset after two years. The Exynos W920 was used on Galaxy Watch 4, and later on Galaxy Watch 5. The upcoming chipset is based on 5nm, which guarantees speed and performance.
