The company has claimed to have more than 150+ sports modes on the new smartwatches, though we got only 148 in total. Yes, we have counted it twice, and these are the final numbers. Maybe, the company will introduce some workout activities in later updates. Most of the workout modes in the list are new to me, and I never used them. To get the most from your health session, use these activities.
