1. Open Zepp Z (formally Amazfit) app
2. Click on Profile
3. Here on the first screen tap on Add Accounts
4. On the next screen choose Amazon
5. Finally, allow Click Authorization
6. Now, you will see Alexa on your wearable
7. You can also add it as a watch face
