The launch of the Amazfit Band 5 tracker opened the door for a personal voice assistant. The Mi Band 5 was supposed to bring Amazon Alexa voice assistant, but it missed it in the global market. Now, Amazfit has introduced it on its two main wearables. The Amazfit Band 5 & Amazfit Bip U Pro support Amazon Alexa on the device to take your commands. With the microphone, built-in with both devices will get your voice as input and show you the results.
Both are budget-friendly wearables, though carry outstanding features and Amazon Alexa is like ice on the cake. We have always heard chatters in the forum from users to request Huami to bring this function, and they finally listened to them.
The high mid-range smartwatches Amazfit GTR 2, Amazfit GTS 2, Zepp Z are the first to get Alexa. Now, the company has brought it to the entry-level smartwatches. You can use Amazon Alexa to check the weather of the city, add a reminder, search the information on the internet, set the alarm, get information, add a to-do list, and get a translation.
It also takes smart home commands to start the living room lights or to play songs on smart speakers. You can give all the basic commands to your Amazfit Band 5 & Amazfit Bip U Pro to get all the help. It is a new function on the wearables so most of the customers don’t know how to use it.
