Further, the leaks reveal the codename for iOS 17 is “Dawn”, whereas the previous iteration carried the name “Sydney”. The latest version of iOS will be available later this year, probably with the iPhone 15 series.
Rumors also mention that some apps like Files, Home, Find My, Fitness, and Music will be modified or improved. Further, some improvements are also expected in the Wallet app and Mail app for more convenience. At present, there is no detailed information about the specific changes that are about to happen. Reportedly, the minor changes will be available in several apps.
The latest version of iOS 17 possibly brings enhanced dynamic island interaction and a new lock screen for users. We can expect the new Apple AR/VR headset support app in this update. Apple may switch to USB-C from this update. However, it is claimed that iOS 17 will have the same appearance as iOS 16 and there will not be any significant difference between these two iterations.
