Samsung has introduced some advanced features on Galaxy Watch 4. Some functions are new to the watch, and some have been borrowed from Galaxy Watch 3. The three features Water lock, Bedtime & Theater modes are available on new Galaxy’s Wear OS watches. All have different tasks on the gadget and are must-haves for some users. With the water lock mode, you can eject the water from a smartwatch when you are swimming, or accidentally faced the water.
The Theater mode will help you to stay away from any alerts & notifications while in a cinema hall. In bedtime mode, you can turn off the always-on display and other alerts during your sleeping time. You can also manually choose all these modes as per your daily routine. You don’t need to use your paired phone to use them. They all can be activated from the Galaxy Watch 4 or Classic. Water Lock or Eject Water Mode
1. Open Settings
2. Go to Advanced Features
3. Select Water Lock
4. Enable the option
5. Finally, when you finish swimming, Press & hold the Home key for 2 seconds to turn it off.
6. After that, press the home button again to stop
Enable Bedtime mode
1. Press Settings
2. Go to Advanced Features
3. Open Bedtime option
4. Enable the Bedtime mode
5. Second, manually you can choose to Turn it on as a schedule
6. Finally, choose Days & Manual time
Activate Theater mode
1. Go to Settings
2. Tap on Advanced Features
3. Open Theater mode option
4. Enable Turn on Now
5. Choose a suitable time from the given below
In the same way, you can disable all these features. All these options look similar, except water lock, but they function differently in different situations. Use these features as per your need to avoid disturbances & damages.
