Galaxy Watch 6 to Focus on Improved Battery Life

The new leak from a new source reveals Samsung will continue working on improving the battery life of Galaxy Watch 6. Every year, the company sincerely tries to enhance battery performance. After leaving Tizen OS, users still criticize Samsung for its poor battery power. It is not even half of what users received on the Tizen-based Galaxy Watch 3. It would change when Samsung will pack larger batteries inside both sixth-gen watches.

The confirmed news came from Galaxy Club, and it is the first to reveal battery capacity on the next wearables. The leaked model number is EB-BR935ABY for the smaller 40mm case. It has an advertised 300mAh battery capacity on the 40mm version.

The battery has definitely increased compared to last year’s model. It is approximately a 5% increase over the previous smartwatch. It will not make that much difference unless the company brings a power-efficient display, chipset, and power-saving management.
